FOR HOSPITALS & CARE ORGANISATIONS

Understand and improve your meals’ ecological and nutritional impact.

Managing meals in healthcare means balancing nutritional needs, taste, budgets and sustainability. Ecotarian brings environmental and nutritional insights into your recipe and menu planning.

  • Analyse your recipes: calculate CO₂e, land use, water impact, nutritional values and Nutri-Score.

  • Explore improvements: adjust recipes and see how ingredient changes affect their calculated impact.

  • Plan and communicate: organise menu cycles and automatically display menus with ecolabels and Nutri-Score.

  • Monitor and report: export recipe data and add meal sales volumes to calculate the total climate impact of the meals served.
