Case: Our Collaboration with Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) 

The restaurant at VUB serves approximately 180,000 meals annually to a diverse group of students (aged 18–25), staff, and external visitors. Ecotarian collaborates with research group HOST to promote sustainable eating habits.

After the recipes are uploaded in our tools, we match the ingredients to our database.

We are actively working on increasing the selection of low-impact meals and inspire broader changes in eating habits beyond the campus.

We are constantly testing and improving the visual communication at the restaurant through screens, stickers, posters, etc. 

Together, we make it our mission to raise consumer awareness about the CO₂ impact of a meal.
